During the initial worldwide lockdown in 2020, I got the chance to write music for a big budget horror movie called Bagman. I was given the script, written by a known and respected scriptwriter, and it was amazing - a hard hitting, serious horror film featuring a truly frightening villain, leaving me with that feeling of uneasiness long after I'd finished reading - I just fell in love with it.

A big studio had already greenlit Bagman. The movie was going to be directed by a major director and some pretty famous actors were connected to it. All was going well apart from the fact that lockdown was dragging on and some of the investors were beginning to get a little twitchy - eventually and inevitably, some of the investors pulled their funding and the whole project was cancelled.

Thinking back now, I start to wonder if this actually happened. Did I write music for Bagman or was it just some crazy fever dream? Further doubt is cast on this time, reinforcing the fever dream theory, as another movie called Bagman appeared in late 2020 - it was a comedy horror and was definitely not the project I had worked on.

But maybe it wasn't a fever dream after all because I still have all the music that I composed for Bagman and you can listen to it right here.

Or maybe I just wrote all this music in a fever dream and the above story is just a figment of my fragile mind...I just don't know anymore.
