My cousin Kevin passed away unexpectedly some years back. He was a cool person & an awesome guitarist. It was actually Kevin who inspired me to become a musician but that's another story.

I've always regretted not having the chance to write or play music with Kevin. He lived in another country towards the end of his life so I never got much chance to see him yet we had many things in common. I remember once at a family get-together discovering the fact that we both shared the same love for the music of Frank Zappa.

I was recently rummaging through some old recordings only to discover a selection of Kevin's work. I then realised that he'd once covered one of my favourite songs ever, Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here. Then the thought hit me; why not record my own vocals along to that track so in a weird, electronic way I could have a chance to perform with Kevin after all.

So here's the track, in memory of my cousin - enjoy.
